Introduction:Peach is a stone fruit with yellow,juicy flesh. There are a few thousand varieties of peach and most of which are downy but smooth. Skinned varieties which are called nectarines.

Nutritional Value: ripped peache is rich of sugar (mostly saccharose) and depending in its variety the sugar content varies from 6.8 to 9.5% peaches have high contents of Vitamins A,B,B2 and C
Its minerals are mostly potassium ,Phosphor, Magnesium and Iron. Every 100gr of fresh fruit has 50 kg . calories which raise 5 to 6 times in dried fruit.
